intimate & authentic documentation for all things human
“Alison was fantastic from start to finish. From the intro FaceTime call to the post-wedding communications, I felt like Alison had everything covered and that we were in good hands. Eloping as a same-sex couple, we weren’t always sure if our vendors were LGBTQ+ friendly, but with Alison there was no question that she was affirming and supportive of our marriage. And she’s an excellent photographer! Our photos tell a story with a point of view, and we are really happy with them.
Thanks to Alison, our photos were a part of the elopement that I never had any stress about. Can’t recommend her enough for elopements out West. Thanks again for your partnership — it’s been a pleasure working with you!”
“We so appreciate how Alison captured our engagement. She was so professional and worked with us so well. We were both nervous but she made everything so fluid and easy. The photos are beautiful and we are so fulfilled by them. We cried at the super 8 video and could not wait to send it to everyone we know. We will absolutely be paying any fees needed to fly her out for our wedding. We couldn’t imagine anyone else capturing that day for us. Thank you so much again for, Alison for your professionalism and commitment to us. It was everything we wanted and more.”
“This shoot with Alison was just such a pleasure to be a part of. We had fun experimenting and trying creative things, and she gave me the freedom to do what I felt confident doing. I love her eye for lighting and color, and I was so satisfied with how all the photos turned out!
“Alison is a wonderful photographer who put us right at ease in front of the camera. She was very fun to work with, which came through in the pictures. The shots and editing were beautiful, and I love the results of our session. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.”
“Alison's work is thoughtful - the way she shows up is with abundance, grace, and openness. More than that, she creates a container of safety that lead to a sense of play and wonder! She's skilled at posing in a way that leads to comfort. She's a cheerleader, constantly in a state of awe. We'd absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for creativity, kindness, and a photographer who embraces exploration and reciprocity.”

"super 8 is a motion picture film format that was introduced by Eastman kodak in 1965. during the late 80's, it began to re-emerge as an alternative method for movie-making and because the innovative format featured easy-to-load cartridges, this revolutionized home-movie making which made it accessible to anyone. super 8 captures 18-24 frames per second creating a traditionally silent film. it's known for it's organic, nostalgic, romantic, and intimate feel. you can add super 8 footage to any package. the footage will then be made into a short highlight video which will either be overlayed with music, voice overs, or original sounds from your day. take a look through some of my past super 8 videos to get a feel for what your super 8 video could look like."
